Specifications

The rotary drum oxidation furnace is a tilting, rotary resistance furnace with both rotation and tilting functions. This rotary drum resistance furnace consists of a furnace body, rotation mechanism, tilting device, control system, and gas supply system. To facilitate the insertion and removal of the drum, the furnace shell is divided into an upper shell and a lower shell, both welded from angle steel and steel plates.

The furnace body is assembled from the main body, support frame, and bearing seats. The main body comprises the furnace shell, furnace lining, and furnace tank. For easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of the furnace tank, both ends are bolted together.
