Rotary furnace (production swing type)
Features:
1. This equipment primarily consists of the furnace body, lifting system, mechanical transmission system, and air intake and exhaust system.
2. The furnace body includes the furnace frame, metal furnace tubes, refractory modules, heating elements, and lifting mechanism.
3. The lifting system utilizes a 24V DC electric actuator to tilt the upper frame and furnace body. It can hover at any angle within a range of -5 to +15 degrees, with a thrust of 8,000 Newtons. The furnace body angle is adjusted using an inclinometer, while the lifting and lowering angles are controlled by limit switches. The unit can be stopped at any angle at any time.
4. The furnace body is driven by a chain drive, ensuring safety and reliability. The drive system consists of a main drive motor, a reduction gear unit, a chain, large and small sprockets, and a front roller mechanism. The reducer unit uses a 51K120A-CF single-phase motor with a power of 0.12 kW. The furnace tube speed can be adjusted between 1 and 3 rpm, enabling continuous rotation.
5. Rotary joints are provided at both ends of the rotating furnace. The inlet at the furnace tail is equipped with a pipe support, stainless steel piping, and a ball valve to allow for the introduction of protective gas as needed during combustion. The rotating head on the furnace door is connected to a ball valve and a pagoda nozzle. The ball valve opening can be adjusted to control the exhaust volume during combustion, thereby controlling gas discharge.
6. The control box is located in the lower frame of the furnace body. Electrical components such as the air switch and power control module are integrated into the electrical control box. The controller is located directly in front of the furnace body. Operation on the control panel allows for pre-setting firing curves, fully automatic heating, rotation of the heating tubes, and tilting of the furnace body to facilitate material loading and unloading.
