Vacuum box furnace (atmosphere controllable)
The NBD-VA1200 vacuum atmosphere furnace is widely used for heat treatment of cemented carbide, ceramics, and powder metallurgy materials in low vacuum, reducing, and protective atmospheres. It can also be used for quenching, annealing, and brazing of materials such as high-speed steel, alloy molds, and soft magnetic alloys. It features the following features：
1. Utilizing OR27A17M02 heating and imported high-temperature reflective coating material, the vacuum atmosphere furnace achieves uniform temperature field and a pure heating chamber.
2. The vacuum atmosphere furnace features a 7-inch touchscreen control, enabling real-time curve acquisition and a wide range of expansion spaces.
3. The vacuum atmosphere furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber through vacuum adsorption, resulting in 60% energy savings compared to conventional products.
4. The furnace chamber size can be customized to meet specific user needs.
