Furnace Structure |
1. Openable double-layer structure, convenient for customers requiring rapid temperature reduction. Shell surface temperature is below 60°C. 2. Nano-high-temperature alumina coating on the inner furnace chamber improves heating efficiency.
3. The furnace body is openable for convenient material loading and tube replacement.

Gas and crucible access available |
1. Oxidizing and protective atmospheres, as well as inert gases such as N2, Ar, and He.
2. To prevent sample contamination, it is recommended to wrap the sample with gold or nickel foil and place it in an alumina or quartz boat before sintering in the furnace tube. Never place the sample directly in the high-temperature and high-pressure tube without a crucible.

Control System |
1. NBD-101E embedded operating system with English-Chinese compatible graphical interface, 7-inch color touchscreen input, intelligent human-computer interaction mode, real-time heating power display, and non-linear temperature correction. 2. Features include over-temperature and over-pressure alarms, burnout protection, leakage protection, and differential pressure relief. 3. First-level protection: When the pressure exceeds the customer-set pressure, the solenoid valve automatically opens to release the pressure. Second-level protection: When the exhaust pipe is blocked or the solenoid valve is damaged, causing the pressure to exceed the relief value and continue to rise, the system automatically sets the limit pressure at that temperature, and the device stops heating.
Third-level protection: When the digital sensor is contaminated and the pressure is inaccurate, or when the program control system malfunctions and the pressure continues to rise, reaching the upper limit pressure set by the safety analog signal pressure relay, the power is immediately shut off.
