Heat treatment furnace (constant pressure vacuum rotary swing type)
Features:
1. The equipment consists of five major components: a heating system, a furnace lift system, a furnace tube rotation system, a vacuum system, and an air inlet and outlet system.
2. The furnace lift system is primarily used for loading materials and, after sintering, allows the furnace to tilt to a large angle for easy material discharge. A tilt sensor is installed on the furnace body, allowing us to set any angle within the permitted range. A push rod then automatically moves the furnace body to the desired angle, making operation more convenient and quicker.
3. The furnace tube rotation system utilizes a stepper motor driven synchronous belt drive to achieve furnace tube rotation. By default, once heating begins, The furnace tube automatically opens when it rotates to better protect it. At high temperatures, the tube relies on support on both sides, leaving the center furnace chamber unsupported. This prevents deformation of the center tube during rotation.
4. The vacuum system is connected to the tube via a mechanical pump and a damper valve. A vacuum pressure gauge provides a visual indication of pressure changes within the tube.
5. The inlet and outlet gas systems are controlled by two mass flow meters, with gas flow mixed in a mixing tank before entering the tube.
6. A high-precision pressure sensor monitors the pressure within the tube to ensure overall system stability and experimental safety.
