The WLP-216G series is a fifth-generation gas permeation particle size analyzer (average particle size analyzer) designed for measuring the specific surface area and particle size of metal, non-metal, and compound powders. It is widely used for measuring the average particle size and specific surface area of various powders in powder metallurgy, fine chemicals, silicate industry, food, pharmaceutical, and nuclear industries. The instrument features a simple structure and easy operation. The included test software eliminates complex calculations, and measurement time is less than one minute.

The WLP-216G average particle size analyzer has an improved pressure calibrator that produces a uniform pressure across the powder sample. It utilizes a DPSK pin-to-disk torque meter, enabling any tester to achieve the same pressure value and obtain the same optimal porosity during powder testing, eliminating human error and ensuring more accurate particle size measurements. The instrument also includes a pressure sensor that automatically senses the pressure before and after air permeates the powder. It can also automatically read the sample height after compaction. For instrument management, the instrument has added user management and audit tracking features. The instrument features an RS232 interface for connecting to a computer, allowing direct particle size measurement. The instrument comes with software and a database, and the database and test data can be exported using a USB flash drive. It's very user-friendly.
