Various types of furnace tubes
Mainly used in medium-frequency forging, various heat treatment electric furnaces, metallurgy, chemical industry, and non-ferrous metal smelting.
1. Quartz furnace tubes: Features high purity, strong temperature resistance, large size and high precision, excellent insulation, energy saving, and stable quality. Commonly used in sintering experiments in tube furnaces below 1200°C.
2. Alumina furnace tubes: Features high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Suitable for high-temperature sintering of specimens in tube furnaces at 1200-1700°C.
3. Silicon carbide furnace tubes: Features high strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal and shock resistance, high thermal conductivity, and good oxidation resistance.
