The US.TA is an instrument that measures three variables: force, time, and distance. It is primarily used to measure texture characteristics and hardness, viscosity, elasticity, and brittleness of products such as food, pharmaceuticals, and materials. Test parameters can be set in the software, and results are automatically calculated. By combining various probes, fixtures, and other accessories, it allows for customized analysis of different samples.

It is suitable for use in various R&D laboratories for quality control of raw materials, intermediate products, and end products; and for R&D personnel to evaluate and test new products and formulations.

Over 200 probes and related accessories are available, and they can be customized to meet user needs. Software engineers can also add new features specifically for specific needs.
