Tubular furnace (high temperature and high pressure type)
Equipment Introduction:
This high-temperature, high-pressure tubular furnace features a high-pressure solenoid valve and pressure sensor mounted on the flange. When the pressure inside the chamber exceeds the set value, the solenoid valve automatically opens to release gas, bringing the pressure back to the set level. This model allows for heat treatment of samples in a high-pressure atmosphere, with a maximum temperature of 1150℃. It is suitable for research in superconducting and dielectric materials.

Working pressure and corresponding temperature |
1. A constant pressure limit must be set for the chamber. The pressure should not exceed the limits in the table below at relative temperatures.
2. The high-temperature, high-pressure tubing is a consumable. Replace it immediately if you notice any deformation. |
