US.TA is an instrument that studies the three variables of force, time and distance. It is mainly used to measure the texture characteristics, hardness, viscosity, elasticity and brittleness of products such as food, medicine and materials. Test parameters can be set in the software and results automatically calculated. With different probes, tools and other accessories, specific analyzes can be performed on different samples.​​
